Asking For A Friend

An open-format contest to share perspectives on mental health through writing, digital art, photography, video, or music.

Objective & Criteria

This contest provided students at participating schools with a platform to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health by sharing ideas that empower young people to ask for help and prioritize their mental well-being.

Winners across participating schools were selected based on several factors, including adhering to contest rules, demonstrating exceptional advocacy for mental health, using their voice to reduce the stigma of mental health, and including consistently accurate information.
